Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
We double-check everything for you. So, give us 3 business days.

Metro Cities: Your fashion fix arrives in 3–7 business days.

Remote Areas & Villages:
A little detour, but totally worth the wait — 10–12 business days.

Processing Time: Just 3 business days, because we’re fast like that.
Delivery Time: Expect your parcel in 10–15 business days across continents.

💸 Shipping Charges

For Indian Orders:

Prepaid Orders:

  • Orders below ₹500: ₹45
  • ₹501 to ₹998: ₹60
  • Above ₹998: FREE!

COD Orders:

  • Below ₹10,000: ₹89
  • ₹10,000 & above: COD not available

For International Orders:
Shipping fees vary by country. We’ll show you the exact amount at checkout. Additional customs duties may apply based on local regulations

We want you to love every purchase. But if something’s not right:

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

🚨 Damaged on Arrival?

We’ve got your back! If your product arrives damaged (leaks, cracks, etc.), notify us within 24 hours of delivery — with a video of the unboxing.

🧾 Return Process:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged goods reported within 24 hours.
  • We do not accept returns for damage caused after delivery or due to mishandling.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

❌ Order Cancellations

Changed your mind?

  • Cancel within 2 hours of placing a prepaid order for a full refund.
  • After 2 hours, 30% cancellation fee applies to prepaid orders.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
